Tuesday Yoga for Meditation


In this 8 week course of 'Yoga for Meditation', we explore the changes of seasons in our body and mind. We practise the transition of Spring to Summer Yoga sequences. My Guided Meditations help you feel focused, grounded and centred. Each session focuses on an Indian or Yogi Mythology of one particular pose or sequence. For instance, yesterday was the first session of the course and we explored the story behind 'Sun Salutation'...
