What Have You Done This Week To Make You Feel Proud

Dear Beautiful Souls,

I hope all is well and that the video has made you smile...

The Saturday morning class is getting popular, we have a core of Regulars who are able to lead quite a lot of routines now and we welcome about 20 participants each week; but what I love about this class is the positive and warmth energy that are being generously shared from the completely beginners to the confident dancers, this follow along class is for all abilities of all backgrounds. The Saturday class starts at 11am. Also I wanted to take the time to inform you that I will not be teaching over the Winter Holidays.

Although I am teaching full time in college, I enjoy teaching Yoga for Meditation on Sundays as it prepares the mind and the body for the busy week ahead with our relaxed, mindful and beautiful Autumn Yoga practice.

Here is a quote from Pema Chodron I would like to share with you today:

"Few of us are satisfied with retreating from the world and just working on ourselves. We want our training to manifest and be of benefit."

November 25th marks the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women & Girls. For 16 days, the whole world will be discussing the support, the resources, the data which shows whether violence against women and girls have increased or decreased. 1/3 women and girls experience violence and only 14% report to the police. Violence against women and girls are a pandemic that need to be eradicated! Please unite, show your support WEAR ORANGE & a WHITE RIBBON to bring awareness, to educate and so that women & girls know that if in danger they can stop being silent and speak out!

With loving kindness,

Have a wonderful and peaceful week and see you in the studio!!
