SPECIAL Full Moon Yoga & Dance

Dear Subscribers of The Ojas Centre, 

We will be celebrating the Full Moon as well as Awa's Birthday on Saturday 8th October!!

We will start practising the Full Moon Yoga workshop at 7pm which then will be followed by a Meditation and then Sound & Movement. This is an all abilities session; however if you have any health concerns, ensure you seek advice and recommendations from your GP before you join the Outdoor Hatha Yoga session with Awa. This session is NOT an advanced practice, we will NOT be jumping nor practise any acrobatic poses; however, the Full Moon Yoga session is an intermediate level which intends to a Meditative practice to relax and connect wholeheartedly with Mindful Humans and Nature. Please do not forget to bring your mats, these will not be provided by The Ojas Centre's Team. 

Please do not hesitate to bring food & non- alcoholic drinks to share whether it is your favourite dish, your home dish, a traditional meal, or vegan/ vegetarian. PLEASE DO NOT BRING OR CONSUME ANY ALCOHOL TO THIS EVENT!

Do you play any instruments, please bring them!!! Awa will be bringing her Shamanic Drum, so if you rather let go on the sound and move, you're more than welcome to do that. However, if you play any instruments, please join the 'Sound & Movement Circle'...
