There are so many benefits to health and wellbeing that can be achieved with therapeutic sound and movement including reducing stress, anxiety, muscle tension and physical pain as well as an increased sense of wellbeing and positive mood. As part of a Professional Diploma in Sound and Movement Therapy with The British Academy of Sound Therapy, I am calling for people to take part in the following study sessions.

Some sessions look more deeply into the use of sound and movement to improve health and wellbeing and other sessions will focus more on sound and movement as an art form as well as for creativity and fun.
