Awa is a Quailfied Hatha Yoga Instructor trained with YMCA. Awa has been part of the Yoga Team and has been teaching Yoga for Meditation at the Croydon Buddhist Centre. Awa teaches mindful movement which consists of Guided Meditation, gentle movements and mindful stretches to facilitate your meditation practice so that you can sit longer and more comfortably.
