Dear Mindful Humans,
This is a mixed ability class, please complete the Health Questionnaire before joining the class; wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Be aware that the venues have stairs to access the dance space. This is an adult class. I am from mixed cultural heritages: from West Africa, Brazil, Guadeloupe, France & the UK and I also rejoice in South American and Oriental Dance styles to be reflected in the expression of the invisible voices. I embrace working on celebrating life as well as on social justice and conscious dance.
