​Please visit BETTER's website to book your Dance Fitness and Pilates spots. The Pilates class takes place at 12:10pm just after the Afro Dance Fitness class scheduled at 11:15am on Saturdays in New Addington (South East London). Inspired by MLK & Progressive Ballet Techniques, we use Pilates balls and Swiss balls to improve posture, balance and to strengthen our local muscles.

There are so many health and wellbeing benefits to joining a weekly Group Class; indeed, it creates a sense of belonging by enhancing our Social Health. You will enjoy the warmth of our welcoming Participants, our weekly playlist and our follow- along routines. If you are new, Awa's tip is for you to stand in the middle of the dance class so that you can learn from the Confident Dance Participants in the front row!! The Saturday morning class is at 11:15am at Better, New Addington. Book in advance on the Better App as this class is a Full House!!

1-2-1 Therapeutic Movement Sessions are ideal for individuals who experience Chronic Pain such as Back Pain but who also suffer from Mental Health conditions such as Anxiety, Depression or Psychosis... The therapeutic movement sessions are tailored to relax the mind, to strengthen the body and to reduce tensions in the body in order to enhance physical Health & emotional Wellbeing.
